I have a Diploma in integrative therapeutic counselling where I was trained in a variety of different theories; this enables me to work with a broad range of issues. I was particularly drawn to Transactional Analysis (TA) because of its integration and application of different theories. I'm coming to the end of my extended training as a psychotherapist at the Metanoia Institute in London, where I am concluding an MSc in TA Psychotherapy.
I have extensive experience as a bereavement counsellor at St Christopher's Hospice near Bromley, where I have volunteered for the past few years. As well as working in private practice, my experience includes working at various agencies and within the NHS specialising in mental health issues ranging from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem.
I am a registered member of the BACP (Registration No: 242217).
