Counselling in West Wickham
Does life feel like its getting on top of you? Could you benefit from a place to take some time-out?
Welcome to my website. I have used this space to outline some reasons why some people choose to see a counsellor, who I am and my qualifications and experience as a practicing therapist. My name is Holly, I am a qualified and experienced BACP registered counsellor/therapist working on the borders of Bromley and Croydon. I provide therapeutic services to both individuals and couples.
I am warm and empathetic and aim to create a relaxed and safe environment where we can work together to enable you to enhance your life and live it more fully. If you would like more information, then please do email or phone me and I will do my best to address your area of concern or interest.
You may benefit from counselling if you feel blocked and want a better understanding of who you are or the experiences you have had. Counselling can help with many different issues that might present themselves, some reasons why people seek counselling are listed below:
I am a member of the BACP and I'm proud to adhere to their ethical framework. I believe the fit between counsellor and client is fundamental to the therapeutic relationship and welcome a telephone call to answer any questions you may have about the process. There are no guarantees; counselling is a journey and offers a space for you to explore your feelings around an event or issue, providing an opportunity for change.
